Tooth Fractured/Chipped

• See dentist right away
• If fractured piece is available and a fair size, bring to the dental office. Sometimes it may be possible to re-bond fractured pieces.
• If fractured pieces are present and there is no nerve exposure, it can be repaired with tooth-coloured filling material, but it is not urgent.
• If there is minor nerve exposure, the dentist may still try to repair the tooth.
• If larger size nerve exposure, then other immediate more involved treatment will have to be done.
