Veneers & Lumineers

Porcelain facing restorations are usually done for multiple anterior teeth to improve the aesthetic of a smile. Some tooth reduction is occasionally required, and can be used to change colour and shape of the original dentition, and are more conservative than crowns.

Lumineers are a conservative form of porcelain veneer, requiring little to no tooth reduction in many cases. It is equivalent to adding fake fingernails on top of your own natural finger nail. Due to the nature of the technique, no freezing is required. Some patients may feel that there is an increase in the thickness of their teeth after Lumineers.
